As part of our accessibility efforts, the website includes (or is intended to include), among other things:

  • Navigation and operation using a keyboard (without requiring a mouse) for most areas of the site.
  • A clear content structure with headings to support assistive technologies.
  • Readable text and improved contrast, where possible.
  • Compatibility for browsing on desktop computers and mobile devices.

Accessibility Menu / Widget

The website includes an accessibility menu that may allow, among other features:

  • Increasing/decreasing text size
  • Grayscale mode
  • High contrast / inverted contrast
  • Light background mode
  • Highlighting and/or underlining links
  • Switching to a readable font
  • Resetting accessibility settings

Please note: An accessibility menu can improve the browsing experience, but it may not fully address every situation. If you experience difficulty using the site, we will be happy to assist you.

Third-Party Content and Possible Limitations

Some pages may include third-party content (for example, embedded items, external platforms, or social media content). The accessibility of such content depends on the third-party provider, and we will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative or information upon request.

In addition, if the website includes downloadable files (such as PDFs) or time-based media (video/audio), some items may not be fully accessible. You may contact us to request an accessible alternative format.

Accessibility Arrangements for Service / Meetings (if applicable)

Most services are provided online/remotely.
If in-person meetings take place, they are by prior appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate accessibility needs (for example, selecting an accessible location, assistance upon arrival, or offering an online alternative).

If you encounter an accessibility issue, have difficulty browsing the site, or would like to suggest an improvement, please contact us and we will make every effort to respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
